It’s LIQUID International Contest 3rd edition - Winners   It’s LIQUID Group is pleased to announce the WINNERS of the It’s LIQUID International Contest 3rd edition. The contest is born with the goal of promoting contemporary art, architecture and design through all the divulging tools that the communication platform It’s LIQUID has used for years (press release, mailing list with more than 100.000 subscribers, international contemporary art and design events realization). The contest, with a free theme, were divided in ten categories: painting, sculpture and installation, photography, video-art, computer graphics, architecture, performing art, product design, fashion design and illustration.   The Jury of the third edition of It’s LIQUID International Contest selected 10 winners, among all the international submissions, following the criteria of quality of the work, originality and uniqueness.   WINNERS   - Winner of 1 month of art residence plus photography workshop at Altlab Photography residency in Goa (India) Katharina Ernst, Austria - “stretch : contract (s : c)”, performing art   - Winner of 1 month of art residence in Yerevan (Armenia) included in “ART COMMUNE” Artist-in-Residence program by Art and Cultural Studies Laboratory (ACSL) Aurelie Hoegy, France - “Border between Normality and Abnormality in daily life”, installation   - Winner of 1 year of participation in International ArtExpo’s events Blanca Giménez Calpe, Spain - “Lugares fronterizos (Hogar)”, video   - 10 winners of 1 interview published on the It’s LIQUID Platform (more than 100.000 subscribers) Sorokina Olga Sergeevna, Russia - “Ecology centre”, architecture Kenji Ido, Japan - “House in Tamatsu”, architecture Gianluca Tamburini, Italy - “CONSPIRACY”, fashion design Aurelie Hoegy, France - “Border between Normality and Abnormality in daily life”, installation Javier Navarro Romero, Spain - “Self-Portraits hunting trophies”, installation Katharina Ernst, Austria - “stretch : contract (s : c)”, performing art Yu Hiraoka, Japan - “GIOCHIAMO”, product design Christopher Wittine, Austria - “Swan”, photography Blanca Giménez Calpe, Spain - “Lugares fronterizos (Hogar)”, video Vera Arjoma, Finland - “Seeker” , video   Next week we will announce the Public Vote's starting date.   It’s LIQUID Group would like to acknowledge all the artists and designers for their effort, vision, and passion for contemporary art, architecture, design innovation and the members of the Jury for their knowledge, time, and enthusiasm during the long review process as well as all the media partners for their support.   more. http://www.itsliquid.com/itsliquid-contest-3rd-winners.html
