[International ArtExpo] Masciarelli

 

Gino Masciarelli was born in Chieti (Italy) in 1940. As a son of an artistic family he dedicated himself since his childhood to sculpture. Following his studies in art he moved to Milan where he is now living and working. Between 1974 and 1984 he worked as an artist in Milan and Toronto (Canada).

 

He also travelled extensively to Europe and America for work and study purposes. Between 1990 and 2002 he continued his artistic activities in Milan and Berlin where he worked at the art metal casting studios of H. Noack in Berlin and the Fonderia Artistica Battaglia in Milan. Masciarelli's works can be seen in museums, private collections and in urban spaces in Italy and abroad.

 

His latest one man  Exhibition “a hymn to humanity“ was on show at the  Palais Des Nations in Geneva, Switzerland from the 6th to the 25th February 2005.
